From 1 January 2024, due to the pressure of unprecedented demand on the Transition Fund, we have had to make the difficult decision to restrict all new grants to first time applicants only for the foreseeable future.
If you have previously received a Transition Fund grant, you are not able to apply again at this time.
Please note that we are currently taking more than 20 weeks to process applications from the date of submission due to the exceptionally high number of applications we are receiving.
